Tamara Korstick is a certified Oxygen Advantage Instructor, verified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and Sound Healing Practitioner. She is the founder of 'Enhance by Tamara', that focuses on enhancing individual's quality of life by harnessing the power of their breath: A business lead by passion for breathwork, continuous education and deeply rooted empathy. A heavily dysregulated nervous system brought her onto a path of self-healing, using the power of breathwork to reset and to improve her overall well-being. Today, she is an advocate for mental well-being focusing on restoring nervous system dysregulation, trauma release and somatic healing, so that her clients can step into the best version of themselves.
